# ONOR as Platform — note to Kristen (Aug 2026)

## 01 What ONOR is
A platform to put honorable ways back into business, not a certificate.
- **Vision** — a business world where the honorable way is also the normal way,
because it can be seen, trusted and traced.
- **Mission** — bring honor back into how business is done: at the origin of a
commodity, and at the origin of a decision.
- **Promise** — Certify. Dignify. Multiply. *(from the cacao deck)*
## 02 The real thesis
Systems change starts with the state we are in, not with better content.
ONOR's first move is raising the frequency of the people in the room. Once they
are there, the honest questions arrive by themselves and the content unfolds.
State of the people → honest questions → real content → system change
Most of the market starts three steps to the right and wonders why it doesn't hold.
## 03 How we work
- We hold space, for individuals and teams. Preparing the room is the craft.
- We establish a new basis before touching content.
- We work from our own transformation, not from a model.
Kristen: the alchemist of chocolate. Harald: master circular economist.
- Male and female held together. Lets a room feel safe and pushed at once.
## 04 Projects — we want to see real work
**Flagship:** ONOR Certified (cacao).
**Live consulting:**
| Project | Who | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Etex | Harald | 16 Sept afternoon design + moderation, keynote Brussels |
| Otto Group | Harald | 14 Sept impact moderation, Hamburg |
| Remadrass | Harald | ongoing |
| Schachinger | Harald | not signed |
| Kristen's projects | Kristen | to add |
Ask: define the ONOR principles together **on these live projects**, not in the abstract.
## 05 Four formats to test in September
1. **The Arrival** — first 15 min are not agenda. Each person says what they walked in with.
2. **The Honor Contract** — the group writes how it will treat each other today. On the wall.
3. **Who Is Not In The Room** — empty chair, named. Direct lift of the cacao method's
"invisible communities, forgotten voices."
4. **The Commitment, and Coming Back** — one thing each person carries, written and dated.
Return in 6–12 months and read it back. This is what makes it a standard, and what
gives the work a second and third invoice.
## Three things to settle with Kristen
1. Is the frequency thesis (02) the centre, with everything downstream of it?
2. Which formats do we test in September, named as ONOR or run quietly?
3. Kristen's project list beside Harald's.
