That's where I work. I am an ICF-trained coach with a wellness coaching background. For the last decade I've been coaching people, as a way of giving back. Two years ago I started doing this more structurally with ten circular start-up teams a year inside Amsterdam Circular. What I do naturally, and what people seem to need most, is help them step back into their own strength. So things can move again. In flow. For themselves, their teams, and the world around them.

We meet over a defined period and move through the three phases above. Sessions are part strategic, part personal. The two cannot be separated. You leave clearer about who you are, what you're building, and how to lead it without losing yourself in the process.

Not panels. Not networking. These are spaces where a group becomes a temporary ecosystem of trust, where people see each other, declare what they stand for, and discover what they have to give. I've been running these for two years inside Amsterdam Circular and design them on request for accelerators, leadership teams and mission-driven organisations.
From clarity to a working system
Millions of mattresses are burned or landfilled every year, despite the fact that we spend roughly a third of our lives on them, a resource problem hiding in plain sight. When I started working with the founders, the instinct was the usual one: build the whole reverse-logistics chain themselves. Instead, we built an ecosystem. IKEA became the Catalyst, and their willingness to partner made every other conversation easier. Hotels and logistics companies became the Anchor and the Demand. Specialist hygiene and treatment players became the Enablers.
My job was to help the team see the shape of the loop and connect it, not to build any single piece of it myself. The result was an operational factory within eight months, running at 99.8% quality, opening an entirely new market.
That's what coaching with me actually produces: not more frameworks to admire, but the clarity and confidence to build the thing that was already possible.
