STRATEGIC ADVISORY FOR ORGANISATIONS AND EVENTS

ACTIVATE
ECOSYSTEMS

Most organisations don't need more strategy. They need someone who can translate it.

The gap I close is the one between knowing what needs to change and actually changing it — across teams, institutions, supply chains, and entire ecosystems. As a UN adviser, author, and two-decade veteran of circular economy practice, I bring both the architecture and the activation energy.

I’m not interested in producing reports that sit on shelves. I’m interested in shifting how leadership teams think, what they decide, and how they build in a world that demands more than incremental improvement.

Most organisations don't need more strategy. They need someone who can translate it into reality. That's the gap I work in, between the boardroom and the ground floor, between the report and the result, between knowing and doing.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Built for the gap between knowing and doing.

01

Organisations navigating transformation

You know the direction. The strategy exists. But the change isn't landing at the pace or depth it needs to. I work inside your system — not just advising from outside it.

02

Leaders building circular programmes

You're designing accelerators, academies, or ecosystem initiatives and need someone who has built these at national and international scale — and knows what actually works.

03

Events and platforms shaping the field

You're convening the people who need to move the needle on circularity. I help design the experience so it goes beyond conversation and into commitment.

I don’t just advise from the outside. I work inside the system, facilitating the workshops where real decisions get made, connecting the dots between public institutions, global corporations, and the startups building what comes next.

HOW I WORK

The 6-step
advisory process

STEP 01

Ecosystem Diagnosis

Before advising, I listen. A deep-dive session with your key stakeholders maps the current state — where you are, what's stuck, where the energy for change already exists, and what system-level shifts are actually possible.

STEP 02

Strategic Compass Session

A facilitated half-day or full-day session with your leadership team that translates the diagnosis into strategic direction. I bring frameworks built from UN programmes, corporate transformations, and circular economy practice.

STEP 03

Programme Architecture

Where relevant, I co-design the programme, initiative, or structure needed to make the strategy real — accelerator design, academy curriculum, circular economy roadmaps, and event strategy.

STEP 04

Stakeholder Activation

Change doesn't happen in silos. I map and activate your stakeholder ecosystem — connecting the right partners, engaging the right champions, building the coalitions that give the work durability.

STEP 05

Implementation Sprints & Facilitation

I work alongside your teams during the critical early implementation phase — running workshops, facilitating decision points, and coaching leaders through the inevitable friction of change.

STEP 06

Measure, Learn & Amplify

I build in structured learning and impact measurement from the start — identifying where the work is generating momentum worth amplifying and lessons worth embedding into your organisation's future capacity.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

Six months from now.

When I ask potential clients what success looks like, the answers are always more specific than "better strategy." Here's what clients typically describe.

Your leadership team is aligned on what circularity actually means for your organisation not in theory, but in your operations and decisions.

The right people are in the room and the right conversations are happening between them. Silos are starting to dissolve. Coalitions are forming.

At least one concrete programme has moved from slide deck to operational reality, with clear ownership and a feedback loop.

You have a story worth telling about your circular economy journey, one that builds trust with stakeholders, partners, and talent.

Your leadership feels the difference. Not just in outputs, but in how they think, what they notice, and how they navigate uncertainty.

whats possible

Whether you're navigating a transformation, designing an accelerator, or trying to close the gap between strategy and reality, the best place to start is an honest conversation.
